This Underage Policy is provided by EMOTIQ SOCIAL LABS LTD (“Soul-meet,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operator of the Soul-meet.io platform at soul-meet.io (the “Website”).
We are committed to ensuring that the Website is used exclusively by individuals who meet the applicable legal age requirements. The Website includes AI-generated content intended for adults only. AI persona profiles are available to visitors only after they confirm their age on the age confirmation screen, and conversations with AI personas, together with the images, videos, voice messages and interactive video scenes (“Scenes”) made available within them, are available only to registered users. Users must be at least 18 years of age, or of legal age in their country of residence, to access and engage with such content. By using the Website, users affirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and are legally permitted to access adult content in their jurisdiction.
1. Registration and Age Verification
Access to the Website is restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years of age. Upon first entering the Website, users are presented with an age confirmation screen and must confirm that they are at least 18 years of age before accessing any content. A clear notice informs users that providing false information about their age constitutes a material breach of our Terms of Service and may result in immediate account termination.
Where required by applicable law, regulation, payment partner requirements, or internal risk assessments, we may apply additional age or identity verification measures. Depending on the user’s geography, this may include verification through trusted third-party providers, such as government-issued ID checks or other approved age-verification methods. Verification requirements may vary by region and are updated as regulatory standards evolve. Users are responsible for ensuring their access to the Website complies with all applicable local laws and regulations.
2. Content Standards
We are committed to ensuring that all AI-generated content on the Website does not depict, resemble, or exploit the likeness of minors in any way. All AI personas and characters on the Website are intended to represent adults aged 18 or over. Each AI persona is assigned a stated age of 18 or over, and every image, video and Scene is reviewed before publication to confirm that the characters depicted appear unambiguously adult. The following content is strictly prohibited on the platform:
Any content depicting, suggesting, or involving minors (persons under 18 years of age);
Any attempt to solicit, generate, or direct AI-generated content depicting or resembling minors through conversation or any other interaction with the platform;
Roleplay scenarios involving characters under the age of 18, including the use of school uniforms or other age-suggestive contexts in a sexual manner;
Age-ambiguous characters presented in a sexual context;
Descriptions, physical features, settings or narratives suggesting that a character is under 18 (for example, references to school, grade levels or child-like appearance) used in a sexual context;
Any content that sexually exploits, endangers, or harms minors in any form.
3. Content Moderation
We have implemented a multi-layered content moderation framework to detect and prevent the generation of content involving minors. All images, videos, voice messages and Scenes are selected from a pre-approved content library that is reviewed in advance in accordance with Section 2, and users cannot upload or generate new visual or audio content. All user inputs and AI-generated text outputs are processed through automated classifiers in real time. Requests triggering these filters are blocked before processing or delivery.
Where automated systems detect potential violations, flagged content may be subject to manual review by authorized moderation personnel. Access to conversation content by moderation staff is limited to authorized personnel and is subject to strict confidentiality obligations. 4. Content Removal
Any content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to violate this Policy will be promptly removed. We reserve the right to retain records of such violations for compliance and law enforcement purposes.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the account of any user found to be in violation of this Policy, without prior notice. Where violations involve content that may constitute a criminal offence, we reserve the right to report such cases to the relevant law enforcement authorities.
6. Reporting Violations
If you have observed any content or behaviour that you believe violates this Policy, please report it immediately via the “Report” function available for each message in the chat interface, or by contacting us at support@soul-meet.io. The account dashboard does not currently provide a reporting function; reports concerning content outside a chat (such as AI persona profiles or Scenes) must be submitted by email. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team within 5 business days of receipt, and reports concerning suspected content involving minors are prioritised.
